Registration

Registration for the 2025/2026 season opens June 1st.  Click here to register. 

Please note:

Respect in Sport Parent Certificate (RIS) - please confirm your RIS Parent Certificate has not expired. You must have this complete before you register as it is required in the registration process. *If you originally got your RIS certification through another sport, you will need to visit our RIS page for information on how to join it to your hockey profile BEFORE registering.

*All registrations are subject to a $200 fundraising fee per player. This fee covers your booklet of fundraising raffle tickets for the season.

*All registrations are also subject to a mandatory $5 Hockey Canada registration fee. 

*U15 and. U18 players will have a concussion baseline testing fee through Collegiate Sports. 

What is Baseline Testing?

Baseline Testing gives us a snapshot of an athlete’s brain function before an injury occurs. Collegiate will assess
memory, balance, vision, and motor skills, and keep that data securely on file. If a player sustains a
concussion, we can compare their post-injury state to their personal “normal,” making return-to-play
decisions more accurate and safe.

*All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% transaction fee. THIS ADMIN FEE ONLY APPLIES TO. PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD.

Regular Registration increases  by $100 for U11-U18 packages as of August 15. 

ALL fees are due by September 15th .If your player has indicated in the registration that he/she is trying out elsewhere, your payment will be due on the date your player returns to Blindman Valley.*Select cash/etransfer option for payment during the process.

Fee Payments can be made:

• by cash or cheque. Contact our treasurer at financebvmh@gmail.com to arrange payment.
• by etransfer to financebvmh@gmail.com. ALL E-transfers MUST include the name of the child and the division in the notes section. E-transfers will be autodeposited.
• By credit card in the registration system. All transactions are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee. (THE ADMINISTRATION FEE ONLY APPLIES TO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS). Note: the transaction fee ONLY applies to credit card payments. 
  • Note: The insurance portion if you choose it must be paid by credit card at registration.

 BVMHA will not provide refunds (as indicated in the Handbook in section 7.7). Participants who want the option of refunds can purchase third party insurance through Vertical Insure during the registration process. THE INSURANCE PORTION MUST BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD AS IT GOES DIRECTLY TO VERTICAL INSURE. Please see their policy for further information. https://vicoverage.com/sports-refund-protection/ 

In the event that registration numbers exceed capacity, teams may be capped, restructured or cuts may be necessary. Any impacted age groups will be contacted accordingly during the registration period.
